Updated HIPA Regulations and Proclaiming Certain Subsections of HIPA

Effective August 1, 2023, certain subsections of the Health Information Protection Act (HIPA) subsection 17(1), 18(2) and 18(4), have been proclaimed. Also, effective August 1 a new version of the HIPA regulations is in effect and should be available by the end of the week here.
