The IPC Guides to FOIP, LA FOIP and HIPA are designed to assist government institutions, local authorities and trustees that are subject to one or more of the three acts. These guidance documents are non-binding and every matter should be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that these Guides are still being developed and updates will be posted as they become available.
