Find a Report

How to Search Reports:

The following tools can be used to search all IPC Reports that has been published to our website.

• The gavel symbol indicates when a decision of the public body was appealed to the Court of Queen’s Bench or Court of Appeal and a link to the corresponding decision will appear beside the report. In some cases, the link may result in a pdf document until such time as the decision is posted on CanLii. Our office will periodically be checking these and will update to the CanLii link once it appears on their website.
• Use the drop-down filters below to search IPC reports by using one or multiple filters at the same time. Please note that the section, subsection and clause filters are dependent on the legislation filter and each other.
• To search for an exact phrase within a report or to conduct a keyword search, please refer to CanLii. All IPC Reports will be available on CanLii within roughly 7-10 days after publication on our website.
• To search for a specific report by the report number enter the report number in the “Report Name Search” field and click the search button. To search by organization name, enter the name of the organization (or main word) into the “Organization Name Search” field and click on the search button. The more specific you are with the name of the organization, the narrower your search result will be. These two fields can be used in conjunction with one another if needed. Alternatively, you can also scroll through the organization filter and select the name of the organization you wish to search for as well.

Use the “Clear Search” button to start a new search or simply re-enter a new filter.

Please note these filters search IPC Reports only. To search other documents on our website, use the search function found in the grey bar at the top of the page.
